Dick is a founding partner of WJB and, after a long and distinguished career, now serves the Firm in a consulting role. He has served a wide variety of businesses, including service (professional service firms, real estate investing and operations, radio stations, stock brokerage, freight forwarders, environmental consulting, technology, software development, pension funds, non-profit organizations), distribution (food, beverage, machinery and equipment), and manufacturing (pharmaceuticals, printing, apparel, furniture). Dick has worked closely with management of these businesses to develop strategies for growth and to make tax, financing and operating decisions, using his problem solving ability and knowledge of accounting, taxation and finance. Prior to becoming a partner at WJB, he was a partner of an international accounting firm. Dick holds a Bachelor degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Masters in Business Administration degree from Northeastern University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
